Welcome to the new interface (and Help Centre)!
CTB AND CO. is proud to announce the release of our newly designed front-end for Cooking the Books, Drinking the Profits and Invoice Ripper!
We're also happy to share with you our new Help Centre (that's where you are now!), to help you get the most out of the platform and keep you up to date with new changes and features as they are released.
Although things may look a little different, this article is here to help you become familiar with some key changes to get you up to speed!
New Navigation Bar
Perhaps one of the first changes you'll notice is how we've changed the way you navigate the system. You can now select your desired location using the left-aligned navigation bar, with expandable menus to keep everything neat and tidy:
Got limited screen-space? No problem! Just click the hamburger icon to collapse the side-bar. Menu headings and sub-headings will appear as you hover, allowing you to keep your working space as large as possible:
Best of all, your preference for either an expanded or condensed navigation bar is remembered, so you won't need to change it when you move to a new page!
Light & Dark Themes
We get it; sometimes you work late and need a darker environment, or perhaps bright lights just make you sneeze a lot, that's why we've added both a Light and Dark theme to the platform:
Now you can select your preferred colour scheme when processing those pesky invoices or when cooking up a storm with a new Recipe!
Built-in Chat & Support
So we've already mentioned that this Help Centre is here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but if you're the kind that prefers human interaction, we've now integrated Live Chat and additional support throughout the platform so you can get help straight away without needing to reach for your phone or writing a new email.
Simply click the chat icon at the lower-left corner of your screen and select the Live Chat option when prompted:
Of course, humans need their sleep, so Live Chat is only available during our business hours. However you can still use this feature to conveniently search our Help Centre, submit a Support Ticket request, or even book a training session!
