Using Multiple Lines Mode
A clearer way to create and manage your recipe steps.
About Multiple Lines Mode
Multiple Lines Mode (MLM) makes your cooking steps clearer and easier to follow. You can write each step separately, change font styles to highlight important details, and add photos.
With Multiple Lines Mode, your recipes become more visual, consistent, and simple to use—helping your team prepare dishes with ease and accuracy!
Enabling Multiple Lines Mode
From the navigation bar, expand the Recipe Book heading and open the Recipes page:

Select the required recipe from the list, go to the Recipe Details tab, scroll to the Method section, and click the Show Multiple Lines Mode button.

Using Multiple lines Mode
Adding Method Steps
Once you switch to Multiple Lines Mode, click the + Add button. A default method line will appear in the Method section.
Click the Edit icon on this line to enter the cooking step details.

You can adjust the font style if needed, then save your changes.
Alternatively, you can use the Split current cooking method button, which will help you convert the method you set in normal mode to Multiple Lines Mode. Then click Save.

Adding Photos
After editing the method content, you can add a photo to the step. In the Photo column, click No Picture to open the Media Manager.
From there, choose an existing image or upload a new one, then click Select to attach it to the step.

Defining Priorities
Repeat the above process until all steps of the cooking method are added.
Next, set the priority for each step, which defines the order they appear. To adjust, click the number in the Priority column and either use the up/down arrows or enter the correct number manually.
Once the priorities are set and reviewed, click Save to apply your changes.

Tip: Refresh the page to view the cooking method steps in the updated order.
Deleting steps
To delete existing steps, tick the checkbox next to the steps you want to remove, then click Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
