See a break down of your Revenue and Food Cost Percentage for Menu Builder
When reviewing your Menu, knowing the real-world result of your choices can give you an edge when designing new Recipes by knowing what works, and what doesn't. Today, CTB AND CO. is pleased to announce the release of Actual and Theoretical Analysis for the Menu Builder; see a break down of your Revenue and Food Cost Percentage based on Actual sales received for each Recipe within the Sales Period, and compare to Theoretical figures calculated from your Recipe:
Simply enter in a Start and End date and click ‘Fill Qty Sold’ to return both Revenue and Qty Sold totals from each Recipe on your Menu. The Actual and Theoretical metrics will then be displayed for comparison, giving you insight to the real-world success of your Menu.
Be sure to play around with your Menu to achieve the best balance and Gross Profit possible!
