How to reset the password of another User
On occasion, you may find the need to reset the password of a user under your database (perhaps some users more frequently than others). Should your account hold the appropriate User Authorities, you may be able to reset the password of the user on their behalf.
From the navigation bar, expand the Licence heading and open the User page:
Here you will be provided a list of the current users in your database. Click the user you wish to amend the password of, then click the Reset Password button:
You will then be required to set a new password for the selected user. Enter the desired password in both fields then click Confirm to apply:
The user's password will now be updated.
Please Note: The user will not be notified that their password has been changed when updated via this method. Please advise the user of the new password you have specified for their account.
