What is included in the Stock Reports Menu?
Reporting on Stock usage and pricing can give important insights into your business and allow you to quickly assess if there are any areas that need your attention. You’ll find a wide range of reports available depending on your needs so it’s worth taking the time to become familiar with them.
Stock Reports Overview
From the navigation bar, expand the Stock heading and open the Reports page:
When you’re in the Reports page, you can hover over the icons for each report to read an overview of their reporting description.
Mid-month Reports
Throughout your reporting period, you will want to report on your Stock activity.
The following Reports can be helpful track Stock Movements between reporting periods:
End of Month Reports
At the end of your Reporting period, it is important to report on the stock activity for the period so that you can have an overview of the Stock Performance as well as creating checks to ensure that all of your Supplier invoices have been received and accounted for in your Cost of Good calculations.

Printable Ordering and Stocktake Sheets
From time to time, you may want to go back to basics and print out copies of your system processes so that you can review your Supplier Stocklists and Stocktake sheets. The following reports are hard copies of the day to day processes that are completed in the system:
