How to recover deleted items from your Recycle Bin

About the Recycle Bin
The following items can be recovered from the Recycle Bin:
- Recipe Cards
- Recipe Folders
- Stock Items
- Suppliers
- Invoices (deleted from the Invoices & Credits page only)

Recover deleted items
Please note: These steps require the "Licence" and "Licence → Access Database" User Authorities. You must not have Read Only access.

From the navigation bar, expand the Licence heading and open the Database page:
Click the Recycle Bin button:
Select which type of item you wish to recover:
You can now Search the Recycle Bin and find which items you wish to recover. Select the required items and click Recover:
Tip: If you have a Corporate Database then deleting Recipes, Recipe Folders, Stock Items, and Suppliers from lower Outlets will simply deallocate them. This means you can allocate the item to your Outlet to recover it.
Recover Invoices deleted from Receiving Orders Page
If an Invoice is deleted from the Receiving Orders page then it cannot be recovered from the Recycle Bin. It will instead need to be resent. Simply locate the deleted invoice by searching your Mailbox and then forward it to your Email for Receiving Invoices.
