Avoid costly errors by establishing limits for the total cost of Purchase Orders. You can create multiple Purchase Levels to use for staff with varying levels of experience. You can even create a purchase level of '$0' for new staff who still need that little bit of extra guidance!
If the User sends a Purchase Order that exceeds their limit, it will then be sent to the PO Approvals page for approval before it gets sent to the Supplier.
