New User Authority to Prevent Sales Linking

There is now a new User Authority that allows you to restrict selected Users from linking Sales to Recipes on the Sales page. 

With this User Authority selected, the User will still be able to see the Sales data but will not see the Link to recipes button and will not be able to link Sales to Recipes:
