Advanced Budget Feature Now Available!
This brand new Advanced Budget feature provides additional information in your Budget Menu and adds a handy new Budget Overview tile to your home page. The Budget Overview and Budget Menu can then be used to make agile purchasing decisions based on your actual revenue and expenditure.
Updates to Cost % Limit Settings
Your Food or Beverage Cost % Limit from Admin > Settings > Costing Settings is now used on your Dashboard Cost Statistics tile. This enhancement allows you to easily monitor cost percentages in relation to the ideal and acceptable limits you’ve established. Additionally, the Costing Settings section has been redesigned to better reflect how it relates to the Cost Statistics Dashboard tile.
Production Items Coming Soon...
When released, this brand new feature will provide you with the ability to save Recipes as Production Items or flag them as Countable on a Stocktake. This feature will provide the ability to accurately Stocktake Recipes and offers complete accuracy for Theoretical Stock On Hand and Variance Reports.
Updates to Function Orders
This exciting update enhances the Function Costing by providing more detailed ingredient information, provides flexibility to choose how to distribute your Excess Costs, and introduces the ability to view Invoice Records that are linked to the Function Order.
You can now upload invoices as images in the app
We are excited to announce that the Cooking the Books Pro App now offers the ability to upload Invoices as images. Simply snap a photo from within the app and the Invoice data will be automatically extracted for you!
