How to Contact Support
You can start a chat with us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom left of the screen
You can see this chat icon in the help centre too.
After clicking on the chat button, you can choose your preferred option. If you need help outside of office hours click Submit a support ticket and describe your problem to our Help Bot. We'll get back to you as soon as we're back!
Alternatively, if you would prefer to submit a support ticket click the Submit a ticket link that appears in the top banner of the Help Centre.
