Deleting and Recovering Transfer Records
Learn how to remove unwanted transfer records and recover deleted ones.

Who Can Delete Transfer Records?
If a Transfer is in Draft, Review, or Rejected status, users with more than read-only authorities to Transfers can delete the record.
For Approved Transfers, deletion is restricted to users with the “Can Adjust Approved Transfers” permission. To delete an approved transfer, the user must either be at the corporate level or have access to both the origin and destination outlets.
Deleting a Transfer Record
To delete a transfer, navigate to Stock and then select Transfer.

Select the records you want to delete using the tickbox to the left. Then, click the Delete button and select Confirm.
Recovering a Deleted Transfer Record
To recover a deleted record, select the Deleted Records toggle. Then, use the tickboxes to the left to select the records you need to activate. Select the Recover button to finalise bringing them back.
