Catalogue Mode for Requisitions Now Available!

Published: October 15, 2025

We’re excited to introduce Catalogue Mode, a new feature that streamlines how internal supplier outlets manage and share stock with destination outlets.

When Catalogue Mode is enabled, the outlet becomes a catalogue supplier. All suppliers and their related stock items will automatically appear in the catalogue. Destination outlets can view these catalogues, allocate stock that isn’t available in their own outlet, and raise requisition orders, including those items.

This allows Requisition management for locations like production kitchens, warehouses, cellars, and storerooms to be much easier for the people managing them, as they just need to control what is actively available in their catalogue, and let the other outlets decide how to manage their own stocklists.

Internal suppliers have full control over their catalogue content and can remove specific suppliers or stock items as needed.

They can still allocate requisition stock to other outlets by going to Licence, selecting Database, and then choosing Requisition Stock Allocation.

Note: An internal supplier must allocate at least one stock item to a destination outlet through the Licence page to appear as a supplier in that outlet’s Stock Maintenance page.
