We have recently introduced a highly anticipated feature that enables you to enhance your Credit Note Request emails to Suppliers by attaching relevant supporting documents.
With the ability to include attachments, you can now communicate more effectively with your Suppliers, ensuring a smoother credit request handling experience.
This feature can especially be useful when your Supplier requires photo evidence to approve the credit. For example, if you need to request a credit for damaged items, you can now easily attach images of the damaged products to the Credit Note Request email.
You can attach a variety of different file types including TXT, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PDF, JPG, PNG, and GIF files, as long as the combined file size does not exceed 5MB.
To use this new feature simply create a Credit Note Request and fill in the details as you usually would. Then when you're ready, click the Send Credit Note Request button and the email dialogue box will appear with the newly added Add Attachments button.
Once you have finished adding your attachments simply hit Send. Now all of your attachments will be sent along with the Credit Note Request to the Supplier!
